Hello heartbreakers,
It has been a few days since I posted a blog about my juicing process. So far, I have still managed to stay food-free. I've had a few temptations, and often think about food. However, I will say this weekend has been the easiest so far. It always seems like as soon as Friday comes...the cravings for pizza come right along with it lol. However, I have been fine this weekend. I'm not going to lie, juicing sucks. At this time I have sucked it up, and I am just waiting for the time to pass.
I am having a hard time getting down my lunch and dinner juices. I typically make a version of the popular "mean green" juice recipe. It started out okay during week one. But by the time I got to week two, it was getting old fast! It makes me feel like I am drinking pickle juice. The weird thing is....I actually like pickle juice and drink it when I am feeling queezy. But this taste like the worst possible pickle juice or something - idk. Maybe I am going delirious at this point lol! I literally gagged and almost vomited just getting down my lunch juice tonight. Sadly, I still have a 32 oz. one to drink for dinner tonight. I honestly don't know how I can get this down without throwing up.
The good news??? Well, I only have 9 more days as of tomorrow. So after tonight I will have 18 more disgusting lunches/dinners left. The breakfast ones are actually good though. Still, I can't wait to eat again. Luckily, I am mostly craving healthy foods. Luckily...
